For peace of mind and safety of all, Pet Pals Resort has developed a comprehensive
screening process. This type of cageless facility may not be for all pets, and Pet Pals
reserves the right not to admit some dogs based on temperament and level of sociability.

We welcome all friendly pets that are not protective of food, toys or space. Pets must
be in good general health and owners must provide Veterinary proof of all current
vaccinations.

Daycare Requirements

• All owners are required to submit a completed and signed enrollment form.
  If submitted via website, form must be signed at time of check-in.
• Proof of all current vaccinations 
• All dogs must be able to interact friendly with all other dogs
• All dogs must be on a heartworm, flea and tick control program
• All dogs should be fed prior to Daycare

Lodging Requirements

• Proof of all current vaccinations 
• All owners are required to submit a completed and signed enrollment form.
  If submitted via website, form must be signed at time of check-in.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

• Due to limited space, all reservations require a 50% deposit - Balance due at
  check-out.
• When canceling less than 48 hours prior to reservation, your 50% deposit will
  be applied to future visits.

Boarding

• Available 7 days per week.
• Check-in Monday-Saturday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  Sunday: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
• Check-out Monday-Saturday: Noon*
  Sunday: 10 a.m.*

* If your pet is not picked up by the check-out times indicated above, a doggie daycare
charge of $20 will be applied to your stay.

• Check-out time will be waived if a grooming/bath is scheduled.

Daycare

• Available 7 days per week 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Drop-of times: Monday-Saturday: Anytime after 7 a.m.
  Sunday: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
• Pick-up times: Monday-Saturday: Anytime before 7 p.m.
  Sunday: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Our front office will be closed to the public on the following holidays. Please be aware
that our counselors will be on duty watching over your precious pets while our office is
closed. Remember, your pets are supervised 24/7, & holidays are no exception!
